Adrian Victor is the founder of Amplitude– a consulting firm specializing in strategic employee and labor relations, leadership development, engagement and communications.

His experience spans some of Canada’s – and the world’s – largest and most successful brands including Walmart, Cadbury and Sobeys.

A seasoned Human Resources professional and Labour Relations practitioner, Adrian is a specialist in the art of employee engagement.

He built and implemented a program that increased Walmart Canada’s engagement by 15-pts over a three-year period, significantly reducing labor risk. He also led Walmart’s internal culture and communications strategy in the face of the arrival of new competition in Canada – a key factor that enabled them to win the war for talent.

He is an innovative, strategic thinker and communicator. With a keen eye for design, he’s got a knack for simplicity in the programs he develops.

Over the course of his 20 year career, he’s led a number of functions including Field Associate Relations, Internal Communications, Change Management, and Learning and Development and led the response to multiple crisis and labor campaigns.

Personally, Adrian is a fitness buff, tech and gadget freak. He’s also an avid traveler and amateur photographer, with a soft spot for dogs – especially his English Bulldog, Frank – Amplitude’s Chief Barketing Officer.
